Do you have a question on your (online) order?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a conformation mail. This mail contains an overview of your online order. Once we carefully put together your package, you’ll get an order sent mail. This mail contains all items shipped and a link which allows you to follow your order.
Your online personal account also allows you to follow up on your orders.
The delivery times depend on the items in your shopping basket. Each product detail page contains an indication concerning delivery times. During check-out you get an indication of the delivery time the whole of your shopping basket requires.
When the status of your parcel mentions it is still in preparation , this mean one of the following things:
- Your package has left our warehouse but hasn’t been scanned by bpost.
- Bpost is experiencing some delays which means that the delivery of your parcel can be subject to some delay.
- If this remains unchanged for more than 10 working days, it might be that your parcel has gone missing. In that case, contact email@example.com.
You got an e-mail saying your items are on their way, but you haven’t received them yet. Please allow your postman some more time. Still haven’t received anything 5 days after the initial mail? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been paid for and processed, it is unfortunately not possible to add other items. If you would like to order something more, you will need to place another order.
We take back items if they meet following conditions:
- You need a receipt, invoice or copy of invoice
- The item is undamaged
- The item is still in its original, unopened package
- You did not exceed the 14 day period
You can return the item(s) to one of our bookstores and you get your cash back. You can also send the item in its original, undamaged packaging – with your receipt, invoice or copy of invoice – to Rijweg 173, 3020 Herent. A credit note is prepared for the amount of purchase (including the original shipping costs).
Once we received your return, we’ll pay you back within five working days.
We’re sorry there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting us, we recommend checking to see if the missing title is mentioned as “nog te leveren”. This means that the title you ordered was out of stock and will be sent out later on, without additional delivery fees. If the title isn’t mentioned on the documents, we would be happy to check the status of your order. Contact us at email@example.com.
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a damaged or faulty item.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with a label that allows you to return the item to us without any additional costs. We will also send out a new copy as soon as possible.
You can amend or cancel your weborder as long as we haven’t shipped it yet. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +32 16 29 11 00. Are your items already on their way? You still have the 14 day right of return to rely on.
Payment by invoice is not possible. Is that a problem for you or your company? Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll look after your request.
Handling and shipping costs for physical goods are 3,50 EUR for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. You can indicate your shipping method of choice:
- Home delivery
- Shipment to a bpost collection point (Belgium)
- Shipment to a bpost 24/7 automat (Belgium)
Sure you can! You can choose to pick up your order in the Acco store in Leuven (Maria Theresiastraat 2-4). There will be no delivery fee added to your order in that case.
All orders on our website need to be paid online. We apply no extra charges.
Online payment is very simple and reliable. We partner with Ogone, one of the leading European payment providers. You can rest assured that your payments are processed correctly and safe. Ogone processes transactions on a secure payment server and encrypts them for maximum privacy and protection. Ogone sends the details of your payment to the designated bank. We do not receive your payment data.
We provide a number of online payment possibilities:
- Bancontact/Mister Cash
- Maestro (online banking): ING Home Pay, CBC Online/KBC Online, Belfius Direct Net, and others.
If you get an error message during the payment process, it is likely that a temporary hitch occured. This should resolve itself by trying again later. If the problem keeps occuring, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details as you can about the issue – including the error messages you receive, and we’ll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
Your email software may be marking our emails as junk mail. Check your junk mailbox and add Acco to your email address book to stop this from happening.
Nowhere to be found? Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. If that’s correct, then contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help.

Do you have a shareholder number that exists out of less than seven numbers (for example number 1234)? Older shareholder numbers have been adjusted to a 7-digit number for online use.
